Construction Project Manager/Estimator (Denver Area)
Lefever Building Systems, a Denver based construction company, is recruiting for a Construction Project Manager/Estimator. Our company has been in the construction business for over 25 years with clients throughout the Mountain West and Plains states. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with excellent analytical skills, who is process focused with a proven track record of results. Our ideal applicant would also have these skills:
*Excellent written and oral communication
*On job site experience
*Self-motivated
*Work independently
*Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Think on their feet
*Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, etc.
*Experience in all stages of construction: estimating, pre-construction, planning, execution, closing
*Commercial/Industrial Experience Preferred
