Project Overview & Scope:
- Design of building involved complex loading requirements to ensure climbing wall was properly attached to building structure
- General contractor was replaced at critical point of the design process. Maintained design construction schedule in spite of this change
- LBS has erected 4 of the last 5 climbing gyms built in Denver area
Key Features:
- Gym is approximately 44’ tall, which accommodates climbing wall
- Facility includes a mezzanine
