Project Overview and Scope:
- Project included hangar and full business center
- To improve visual appeal, designed business center as an observation deck with fantastic view of the Rocky Mountains
- Supplied and erected a Varco Pruden, pre-engineered steel building, roof walkway, and roof curbs
Key Building Features:
- All four walls have parapet about the plane of the roof
- Roof walkway makes access easy for mechanical contractor and limits potential heavy traffic on roof
- Hangar roof insulation also serves as fall protection
- Hangar door is 133’ x 28” bi-parting system supplied and installed by LBS
